- Our team will send you a message on the day of the move (a few hours before we arrive at your doorstep) as a reminder
- Our removalists carry all the required equipment, such as trolleys, straps, padded blankets, tapes, pulleys, etc., to keep your possessions safe and firmly anchored during the move.
- Upon request, we can also arrange to reassemble the dismantled furniture at the new location (additional charges may apply).
- Once everything is in place, we will hand over the total bill (as quoted before).

- Our packers and movers utilise equipment like trolleys, blankets, fasteners and tapes to make packing, loading and unloading safe.
- We can also disassemble furniture (upon request) and then load it onto the truck.
- Carrying all your possessions to the drop-off location.
- Setting up everything in the new place as per your preference.

- We will share our invoice (with 1 1-hour minimum billing included)
- Surcharges might be applicable to some card payments
- All moves over the first hour are billed in half hourly increments.
